Access conditions

OPTIMAL ACCESSIBILITY

Located at the heart of La Défense district, the spectators benefits from an ultra-dense public transport network, ideal for easy access to the Arena. RER (line A), metro (line 1), tramway (T2), bus (16 lines) and trains (lines L and U): everything is there to simplify your journey. You can also get to Paris La Défense Arena by bike, thanks to the many Vélib' stations and secure parking spaces available in the Centre-Grande Arche.

HOW TO GET TO PARIS LA DÉFENSE ARENA ?

  • RER A : Stop at La Défense or Nanterre Préfecture
  • Metro Line 1 : Stop at La Défense
  • Tramway T2 : Stop at La Défense
  • Transilien Trains Lines L and U : Stop at La Défense
  • RER E : Stop at Nanterre-La-Folie

For those coming by bike, Vélib’ stations are located on Place Nelson Mandela, Avenue de l’Arche, and at Nanterre Université Station. Secure parking spaces are also available in the Centre-Grande Arche parking, which has recently been equipped with a bike escalator. There are 700 bike racks available throughout La Défense to secure bicycles.

Even if we recommend using public transportation, Paris La Défense Arena is also accessible by car. There are 15,000 parking spaces available near the venue. Remember to reserve your parking space before the event on our website. Two dedicated parking lots are at your disposal. Directly overlooking the Boulevard Circulaire, so be sure to choose which one is best for you based on where you are coming from:

  • If you are coming from Paris or the périphérique, choose the COUPOLE REGNAULT parking, 15 Square Henri Regnault, 92400 Courbevoie. → 18 minutes on foot.
  • If you are coming from the A86 or A14, choose the VILLON parking, 47 Rue Paradis, 92800 Puteaux. → 25 minutes on foot.

Paris La Défense Arena can be accessed by motorcycle, the parking is located on the Nanterre side at Place Nelson Mandela, just a few minutes’ walk from the venue. Please note that no surveillance is provided. However, we recommend using public transportation, which is very convenient.

Arrive safely using the taxi dedicated area available around the venue.

  • For Taxi G7, drop-off and pick-up points are located behind the CitizenM hotel, in front of Entrance 33 on the esplanade.
  • For other taxi companies, drop-off and pick-up points are located on Rue des Trois Fontanots, just a few minutes’ walk from the venue.

DEPOSIT LOCATIONS

Deposit facilities are available to collect forbidden objects that aren't allowed inside the venue (see list of forbidden objects below). These objects will be automatically attributed a ticket by security staff, who will issue the owner with a ticket stub.

You will be able to reclaim your objects upon leaving the stadium up until 15 minutes after the end of the final match of the day.

The deposit facility is in the Hall of the Paris La Défense Arena, on the left of the main stairs.

FORBIDDEN OBJECTS

For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to bring specific items into the Paris La Défense Arena (see list of prohibited items below). These objects may be left in a locker at the entrance.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all spectators, introduction of hot food into the Paris La Défense Arena is not permitted. Catering outlets are available to meet your needs during the event.

Spectators may leave the Paris La Défense Arena temporarily to eat outside and then return to the Arena. However, it is essential to pass through the security check each time they return and to keep the session wristband securely fastened to the wrist to facilitate access.

A NEW ERA...

In 2025, the Rolex Paris Masters is taking on a new setting! The tournament will be hosted at Paris La Défense Arena, from 25 October to 2 November. The move to Europe's largest indoor Arena represents a new chapter for the FFT, which aims to take the event to new levels. With its modern infrastructure, the Arena will offer ideal conditions for players, media, partners and above all, spectators!

NEW ARENA, NEW LAYOUT

Paris La Défense Arena will bring a completely new organisation to the tournament. The Arena will be able to host four competition courts, including a centre court, as well as a practice court. A first for the Rolex Paris Masters, which will now have four courts for the final draw.

AN ENHANCED SPECTATOR EXPERIENCE

The tournament is adopting a new signature: Vibrons plus grand. A promise of strong emotions and intense experience for all tennis fans.

Everything has been designed to improve the public's comfort. A large covered hall to facilitate the flow of spectators, particularly for the night sessions, as well as food and beverage stands and giant screens. Once inside the hall, spectators will be treated to a state-of-the-art show, with sound effects, lights and screens that will immerse them in a unique atmosphere and allow them to experience tennis like never before.
