Terms and conditions of use

All tickets are nominative and available from the purchaser's account. Each ticket must be assigned to the first and last name of its beneficiary and downloaded no later than the day before its validity date.
PLEASE NOTE: If you change the beneficiary, the barcode will also be changed. Please download your ticket again, otherwise it will be unusable.

EDIT YOUR TICKETS

Here are the correct steps to follow:

 

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the MY TICKETS tab in your account
  3. Choose the ticket you want to allocate and click on the allocation icon
  4. Fill in all the mandatory fields
  5. Save your changes
  6. Download your ticket

After the security checkpoints, scan the barcode on your ticket.

If you hold a Night session or a Day + Night pass, collect your bracelet, which will give you access to the courts. Remember to keep it with you until you leave the Arena!
