A resale service 100% official & secure is available on our website. The resale service will be opened by October 2019.

Important: when booking a bundle, you book all the tickets within this bundle. For a bundle of 3 tickets, you thus need to book all 3 tickets.

Good to know: full Day + Night tickets can only be resold as session tickets.

Tickets in resale are sold at face value and 20% additional fees are charged to the new buyer.

Important : if you purchase tickets through the resell service, you will not be able to resell them yourself. Any order is thus firm and definitive.

A resell service 100% official & secure is available on this website.  You will be able to put one or several tickets up for sale very easily from your account by October 2019.

Just follow the steps below to resell tickets.

You can put tickets up for resale until the evening before their validity date.

	SIGN IN	Sign in to your ticketing account
	MY ORDERS BUTTON	Click on the MY ORDERS button of your account
	RESELL ONE TICKET OR A BUNDLE	Click on the RESELL button for a single ticket or select several tickets and choose RESELL MANY TICKETS
	CONFIRM THE TICKETS TO RESELL	Tick the boxes opposite to the tickets you wish to sell and confirm
	FILL IN YOUR BANK DETAILS	Fill in the banking information of the account on which you wish to be paid
	CONFIRM THE RESELL	Confirm the information and validate it

Your tickets in resale are available on your account on the MY BUNDLES IN RESALE tab: you can cancel them at any moment.

The tickets are put up for resale at their face value: you are refunded of the entire buying value, all fees are only charged to the new buyer.

When are you refunded?

The refund will be effective once the event is finished, before the end of December following the end of the tournament, using the banking details you provided when putting your ticket(s) for sale. An email with more details will be sent to you after the event.

Important: putting tickets for sale does not guarantee that tickets will actually be sold. If your tickets are not sold, you will not be refunded. You will however be able to use your tickets if they are not sold.
